Our bootcamps are designed to Improve your fitness, strength and tone while bringing your bodyfat percentage down, regardless of your current fitness level we can cater for you.
I offer a great range of training from BOXFIT,PUMPFIT AND FUNCTIONAL TRAINING that is going to push you past your current comfort zone and give you basic knowledge of what you as an individual need to make it a permanent positive lifestyle change.
Boot Camp training is one of the healthiest and purest forms of exercise. By using just your body weight as resistance you can burn tons of calories, strengthen and tone muscles, improve your cardiovascular fitness, and enjoy an overall better sense of well-being.

Options are
6 week block one off at 3 sessions a week $169 (as of 7th January 2014)
6 week block ongoing at 3 sessions a week $99 (as of 7th January 2014)
Weekly Rate $20 Unlimited Classes ($60 Joining fee) No contract.
10 Concessions $100
Casual Session $15
